We inform our customers that, following the procedure of the Transportation Regulatory Authority regarding the application of the provisions of the resolution ART n.106 / 2018, - Measures concerning the minimum content of the specific rights that users of the services of rail transport associated with public service obligations may require from  the managers of railway services and infrastructures - the General Conditions of Carriage on Railway Services have been changed.

Similar changes will affect the forthcoming 2020 Service Charter.
