With the entry into force of Legislative Decree 162/2007, implementation of Directives 2004/49 / EC and 2004/51 / EC relating to the safety and development of Community railways, every operator who uses in the performance of its service 'National Railway Infrastructure (IFN), currently managed by the Italian Railway Network, needs to acquire a Safety Certificate (CdS) pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, issued by the National Agency for Rail Safety (ANSF). Preparatory to the above is the adoption of a Safety Management System. Ferrovie del Gargano srl is in possession, from 10.31^st2008, of the CdS that allows it to carry out passenger service between the localities of Termoli and Bari. The current qualifications, issued under the current legislation, are:
