We hereby inform our customers that, for JANUARY 26, 2025, the national Secretariats of CUB TRASPORTI and SGB have proclaimed a strike of the Railway Activities lasting 24 hours.

The strike is called on the subject of the renewal of the CCNL Railway Activities and of the FS group.

This abstention, if not revoked, may lead to delays or cancellations of railway services in the following time slots:

• RAILWAY SERVICES

FROM 00:00 TO 05:04, FROM 8:06 TO 12:29 AND FROM 15:31 TO 24:00

We also inform you that for the previous year, the strikes called by the same organizations were joined on average by 4% of the staff.

However, it should be noted that:

• the strike is a constitutionally guaranteed individual right, even if exercised collectively, and that there is no obligation for the worker to declare in advance his abstention from work;

• the worker can join any protest even if he is not a member of the trade union organization that proclaimed or joined the strike.
