We inform our kind customers that the 24-hour strike of local public transport, proclaimed by the National Secretariat of CUB TRASPORTI and the Trade Unions FILT-CGIL and UILTRASPORTI, for 29 NOVEMBER 2024, following the Ordinance of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport n. 200 T of 26.11.2024, has been reduced.

This abstention, if not revoked, may result in delays or cancellations of rail and bus services in the following time slots:

• RAIL AND AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES (GARGANO NORTH)

FROM 9:00 to 12:29

• REGIONAL AND PROVINCIAL AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES

FROM 9:00 to 12:29

• URBAN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES OF THE MUNICIPALITIES OF SAN SEVERO AND MANFREDONIA

FROM 9:00 to 12:29

It is also reported that for the current year, the strikes called by the same organizations have been joined on average by 12% of the staff.

However, it should be noted that:

• the strike is a constitutionally guaranteed individual right, even if exercised collectively, and that there is no obligation for the worker to declare his abstention from work in advance;

• the worker can join any protest even if he is not a member of the trade union that proclaimed or joined the strike.
