We hereby inform our customers that, for 29 NOVEMBER 2024, the trade unions FILT-CGIL and UILTRASPORTI and CUB TRASPORTI have joined the general strike, lasting 24 hours, proclaimed by their respective national secretariats.

The strike is called against the budget maneuver.

This abstention, if not revoked, may result in delays or cancellations of rail and car services in the following time slots:

• RAIL AND CAR SERVICES (GARGANO NORTH)

FROM 00:00 TO 05:04, FROM 08:06 TO 12:29 AND FROM 15:31 TO 24:00

• REGIONAL AND PROVINCIAL CAR SERVICES

FROM 00:00 TO 05:29, FROM 08:31 TO 12:29 AND FROM 15:31 TO 24:00

• URBAN CAR SERVICES OF THE MUNICIPALITIES OF SAN SEVERO AND MANFREDONIA

FROM 00:00 TO 05:04, FROM 8:06 AM TO 12:29 PM AND FROM 3:31 PM TO 12:00 AM

It is also reported that for the current year, the strikes called by the same organizations have been joined by an average of 12% of the staff.

However, it should be noted that:

• the strike is a constitutionally guaranteed individual right, even if exercised collectively, and that there is no obligation for the worker to declare in advance his/her abstention from work;

• the worker can join any protest even if he/she is not a member of the trade union organization that has proclaimed or joined the strike.
