We would like to inform our kind customers that, for 18 JULY 2024, the national secretariats of FILT-CGIL, FIT-CISL, UILTRASPORTI, FAISA-CISAL and UGL have proclaimed a strike of the road and tram drivers lasting 4 HOURS.

The aforementioned strike proclamation is motivated by the interruption of the discussion for the renewal of the CCNLA Autoferrotranvieri Internavigatori, which expired on 31.12.2023, and by the negative outcome of the cooling and conciliation procedures.

This abstention, if not revoked, may lead to delays or cancellations of rail and car services in the following time slots:                                                            

 RAILWAY AND AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES (GARGANO NORTH) FROM 8.30 AM TO 12.30 PM

 REGIONAL AND PROVINCIAL AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES FROM 8.30 AM TO 12.30 PM

URBAN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF SAN SEVERO AND MANFREDONIA FROM 8.30 AM TO 12.30 PM 

We also inform you that for the year 2023, the strikes called by the trade unions. FILT-CGIL and UILTRASPORTI, on average 3% of the staff participated.

However, it should be borne in mind that:

the strike constitutes a constitutionally guaranteed individual right, even if exercised collectively, and that there is no obligation for the worker to declare in advance his abstention from work;  the worker can join any protest even if he is not a member of the trade union organization that proclaimed or joined the strike.
