We would like to inform our kind customers that, for 7 JULY 2024, the National Secretariat of CUB TRASPORTI has proclaimed a strike of the staff of companies carrying out railway activities within the Autoferrotranvieri CCNL for the 24-hour railway service only.

The aforementioned strike proclamation is addressed to the staff of the road-railway sector for whom the mobilization was called in solidarity with the workers to whom the collective agreement for railway activities applies

 This abstention, if not revoked, may lead to delays or cancellations of railway services in the following time slot:

FROM 00:00 TO 05:29

FROM 8.31 AM TO 5.29 PM

FROM 8.31 PM TO 12.00 AM 

We also inform you that for the current year, an average of 3% of the staff took part in the strikes called by the same organization.

However, it must be kept in mind that the strike constitutes a constitutionally guaranteed individual right, albeit exercised collectively, and that there is no obligation for the worker to declare his abstention from work in advance; the worker can join any protest even if he is not a member of the trade union organization that proclaimed or joined the strike.
