We would like to inform our kind customers that, for 24 March 2024, the national secretariats of “USB Lavoro Privato” and “CUB TRASPORTI” have proclaimed a strike of the staff of companies carrying out railway activities within the Autoferrotranvieri CCNL for the railway service only, lasting 24 hours.

The aforementioned strike proclamation is addressed to the staff of the road-railway sector for whom the mobilization was called in solidarity with the workers to whom the collective agreement for railway activities applies

This abstention, if not revoked, may lead to delays or cancellations of railway services in the following time slot:

FROM 00:00 TO 05:04

FROM 08.06 TO 12.29

FROM 3.31 PM TO 12.00 AM

We also inform you that for the current year, an average of 4% of staff joined the strikes called by the same organisations.

However, it should be borne in mind that:

• the strike constitutes a constitutionally guaranteed individual right, even if exercised collectively, and that there is no obligation for the worker to declare in advance his abstention from work;

• the worker can join any protest even if he is not a member of the trade union organization that proclaimed or joined the strike.
