We would like to inform our kind customers that, for the 15 December 2023, the National Secretariat of CUB TRASPORTI has proclaimed a local public transport strike lasting 24 hours. This abstention, if not revoked, may lead to delays or cancellations of rail and bus services in the following time slots:

• RAILWAY AND AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES (GARGANO NORTH)

FROM 9.00 TO 12.30

• REGIONAL AND PROVINCIAL AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES

FROM 9.00 TO 12.30

• URBAN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF SAN SEVERO AND MANFREDONIA

FROM 9.00 TO 12.30

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that there were no staff participations in the previous strikes called by the same organization.

However, it must be kept in mind that the strike constitutes a constitutionally guaranteed individual right, albeit exercised collectively, and that there is no obligation for the worker to declare his/her abstention from work in advance; the worker can join any protest even if he is not a member of the union organization that proclaimed or joined the strike.
