We would like to inform our kind customers that, for 17 November 2023, the national secretariats of the trade unions. FILT-CGIL and UILTRASPORTI have proclaimed a local public transport strike for the "budget law" whose duration, remodulated following Ministerial Ordinance no. 196 T of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport dated 14.11.23, is n. 4 hours.

This abstention, if not revoked, may lead to delays or cancellations of rail and bus services in the following time slots:

• RAILWAY AND AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES (GARGANO NORTH)

FROM 9:00 TO 12:29

• REGIONAL AND PROVINCIAL AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES

FROM 9:00 TO 12:29

• URBAN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF SAN SEVERO AND MANFREDONIA

FROM 9:00 TO 12:29

IT IS ALSO NOTIFIED THAT:

- IN PREVIOUS STRIKES, CALLED BY THE SAME ORGANIZATIONS, ON AVERAGE 24% OF THE STAFF JOINED.

HOWEVER, IT MUST BE KEPT IN MIND THAT:

• THE STRIKE CONSTITUTES AN INDIVIDUAL RIGHT CONSTITUTIONALLY GUARANTEED, ALTHOUGH A COLLECTIVE EXERCISE, AND THERE IS NO OBLIGATION FOR THE WORKER TO DECLARE IN ADVANCE THEIR ABSTENTION FROM WORK;

• THE WORKER CAN JOIN ANY PROTEST EVEN HE IS NOT A MEMBERSHIP OF THE TRADE UNION ORGANIZATION THAT PROCLAIMED OR JOINED THE STRIKE.
