We inform you that, in order to satisfy the very high number of requests received from customers as well as to allow the timely verification and regularization of the documentation, as established by the procedures of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, for bonuses expiring on 30 September 2022 will be considered all applications received no later than 18 September.

Please note that Customers must:

1. send the request by sending the completed form, accompanied by the mandatory attachments (under penalty of nullity of the request) to the email address bonus.trasporti@fergargano.it;

2. send a copy of the bank transfer, equal to the difference in excess between the nominal price of the season ticket to be purchased and the value of the bonus obtained, to the following IBAN: IT 96 T 03069 04013100000014045 - in the name of Ferrovie del Gargano.

Rail passes will be sent in pdf format, by email, to the same address as the applicant.

Autobus passes, belonging to the Co.Tr.A.P. services, on the other hand, will be sent by priority mail to the address of the beneficiary, even if a copy is sent in advance by e-mail.

All requests will be handled, once verified the correctness and completeness of the documents, in chronological order of acquisition.
