As a result of Decree no. 24 of 24.3.2022, from 1 April 2022, with the stop of the state of emergency, the limitations on capacity on board of the regional and local public transport vehicles were removed.

Therefore, starting from 4 April 2022, the filling coefficient will again be equal to 100% of the seats indicated in the vehicle registration certificate.

The obligations relating to the use of individual protection tools remain valid as indicated in the same Decree.
