It is brought to the attention of the kind customers that, for the 25 February 2022, the national secretariats of the trade unions. FILT-CISL, UILTRASPORTI, FAISA-CISAL and UGL have proclaimed a 24-hour strike of the local public transport for the renewal of the public transport contract (Tpl mobility).

Fast-Confsat also proclaimed a four-hour strike for the same date and for the same reason.

This abstention, if not revoked, may lead to delays or cancellations of rail and car services in the time slots:

- IN THE PREVIOUS STRIKE, ARRANGED BY THE SAME ORGANIZATIONS, ON THE AVERAGE, 12.3% OF THE STAFF ADHERED.

HOWEVER IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT:

- THE STRIKE CONSTITUTES A CONSTITUTIONALLY GUARANTEED INDIVIDUAL RIGHT, ALTHOUGH FOR COLLECTIVE OPERATION, AND THAT THERE IS NO OBLIGATION FOR THE WORKER TO DECLARE HIS ABSTANTION FROM WORK IN ADVANCE;

- THE WORKER CAN JOIN ANY PROTEST WHILE NOT BEING ENROLLED IN THE TRADE UNION ORGANIZATION THAT HAS PROCLAIMED OR ADHERED TO THE STRIKE
