We inform our customers that, on 12 May 2021, the National Secretariat of the U.S.B. - Lavoro Privato hasdeclared a 4-hour strike of local public transport for the following reasons:

• the will of the employers' associations not to start any negotiations in relation to the platform for the renewal of the CCNL Autoferrotranvieri - Internavigatori sent by the U.S.B. on 19.09.2019 in accordance with the provisions in force on the matter c. 2 art. 3 CCNL 28.11.2015

• failure to reciprpcation of the so-called I.v.c.

This abstention, if not revoked, may result in delays or cancellations of rail and buses services in the time slots:

from 15:35 to 19:35.

It is also communicated that in the previous strike, called by the same organization, there were no personnel adhesions. However, it should be underlined that:

• the strike constitutes a constitutionally guaranteed individual right, albeit for collective exercise, and that there is no obligation for the worker to declare in advance his abstention from work;

• the worker can join any protest even though he is not a member of the trade union organization that proclaimed or joined the strike.
