During the eighth stage of the Giro d'Italia 2020, Giovinazzo-Vieste, the municipalities of Margherita di Savoia and Barletta have placed some restrictions to road traffic. Therefore, from 10.30 to 13.30 on Saturday 10 October 2020:

1. all scheduled connections on the sections will be canceled:

• Barletta - Margherita and vice versa;

• Trinitapoli - Margherita di S. and vice versa;

• Trinitapoli Scalo - Margherita di S. and vice versa,

1. the terminus stop in Barletta will be temporarily moved to  Traetta Street c / o Mons. Dimiccoli hospital parking;

2. buses must observe the following route changes:

•LINES HEADING TO BARLETTA

Follow the usual itinerary up to Trinitapoli where, from the Mele furniture factory, turning left, take the SS 544 and then take  Cappuccini Street and Kennedy Street; continuing on the S.P. 15, towards San Ferdinando di Puglia up to the junction with S.S. 16 bis and take the same proceeding towards Barletta up to the Barletta west junction, Canosa Street,  Amilcare Ponchielli Street, Via Tommaso Traetta Street, reaching the provisional terminus located near the Dimiccoli hospital.

• LINES HEADING TO FOGGIA

From the terminus of the Dimiccoli hospital, take Traetta Street, Ponchielli Street and Canosa Street and merge onto the S.S. 16 bis; reach the San Ferdinando di Puglia west exit and then continue to Trinitapoli on the usual route to the Mele furniture factory.

In Trinitapoli, from the Mele furniture factory, take the SS 544 and then take  Cappuccini Street and  Kennedy Street and continue on the S.P. 15 towards San Ferdinando di Puglia-Foggia.

Operators are required to observe the usual transit times foreseen for crossings the municipalities of Trinitapoli and San Ferdinando, as well as to comply, in any case, with the instructions given on site by the Police / Security Forces and observe the road signs at the purpose prepared.
